Hokkaido Toast - Vanilla Flavour
Hokkaido Toast is even softer than Shokupan Toast, because there is no extra water added. All liquid comes from fresh egg white, fresh milk (from Harmelen 🇳🇱), and fresh cream.
Hokkaido Toast is also more fragile than Shokupan Toast, it is too soft to carry any layers in between.
We advise you to taste it immediately after you received it. The ultra fine and soft texture will quickly dry out within 3 days after baking (in room temperature in Netherlands, all season).
